Frequently Asked Questions
How much will my print actually cost?
There are many factors that affect the price of as print and the main one is the size: obviously the bigger it is the dearer it will be. also as a rule of thumb black and white photographs are more expensive than colour.
to help guide you here are a few example sizes and the total cost of the print.
60x40cm: £60, 75 x 50cm: £75, 105 x 70cm: £105, 120 x 80: £130

*Please note black and white prints may cost more than 1.5x of the prices above.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery to UK addresses is usually between 6 - 8 business days. Other countries may be slightly longer.
How big or small can I order a print?
The smallest I would advise a print would be 60x40cm (just bigger thanA3) as for how big. I would advise no bigger than 120x80cm as the quality of the print may decrease beyond this.
I am unsatisfied with the quality of my print... what can I do.
If for whatever reason your print arrives damaged in transit. inform me immediately via email and I will organise a replacement free of charge. Or a refund if you prefer. if however, the product arrived safely and yet you are unsatisfied with your product, then again... please inform me via email and I will organise a return and refund.
I ordered the wrong size.... can I change it?
If you have typed in the wrong size for an order... please inform me ASAP.I aim to have the order sent to the printers 24/48hrs after you order so there may be time before I do so to alter the size.
I ordered and the print is too big/small... can I swap it?
Depending on the circumstances yes. Sizing prints can be tricky as it is easy to underestimate just how big they can get.... especially taking frames/mounts into account. My advice is to find things of comparable size: Tv's can be good for this as an example: a 50" tv is 110 x 62cm.... not too far off a 105x70cm print. now imagine the framing... that 50" tv is now a 55/60"!
